Just hold your finger on a wallpaper you want to download. Hold for a longer time than usual, a pop-up dialog will appear which gives you options such as “Save Photo”, “Go To URL” and “Cancel”.
Hitting “Save Photo” will download the wallpaper to you iPhone 4.
